Her academic training has been complemented by her in-depth study of East Indian philosophy and spirituality. Her natural inclination towards the chakra system has led her to follow a path of intuitively reading and painting individuals’ energy fields. This ability to tap into chakras has been further refined through years of training and study with various mentors. In addition to intuitive assessment, Dr. Minich is trained in Reiki, has been instructed in the Shamanistic tradition and uses the tools of emotional release work through the Grief Recovery Institute.
Currently, Dr. Minich lives in Port Orchard, Washington. She has a private practice and spends her time consulting, writing and presenting her unique system of food-chakra integration.
