Mind-body medicine helps you to feel more vital, gives you more energy, and allows you to do more in less time with only the investment of time.

At least 80% of all diseases are due to underlying stress. The use of millennia-old mind-body medicine practices such as meditation, yoga, and prayer can be effectively used as powerful therapies to elicit relaxation.

Relaxation practice has been shown to reduce physiological and/or behavioral disorders such as hypertension, anxiety, insomnia, and aging.

Studies indicate that cultivating a relaxation practice may alter gene expression with relationship to:
