What does the program include?

You’ll receive all of the program materials once you sign up and submit payment for the online program including links to the daily videos. You’ll then work through the lessons one at a time for 21 days. You’ll also have a guidebook with additional activities and reflective questions to support you while completing the program.

When does it start?

You’ll receive links to download all of the program materials within 24 hours of purchasing the program.

What do I need?

All you need is an internet connection and an email address. There are journaling prompts included throughout the program, so we also recommend a journal or notebook to record your reflections.

How does I access the program?

You’ll receive an email within 24 hours of purchase with a link to download a PDF with the main program materials. You’ll also receive links to download the guidebook and other supplementary materials you’ll be using throughout the program in that same email.

How much does it cost?

The program costs $29 USD.
