Marquelle Brown graduated with a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine in 2014 from UWS. She is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, GAPS Certified Practitioner, and a Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner. Her motivation is helping clients learn how to achieve improved quality of life and optimal health and wellness through nutritional recommendations to balance body chemistry and achieve the individual’s goals. Getting to the root issues and creating balance is key. Encouraging people to become knowledgeable about and responsible for their own health and to bring it to a personal optimal level and to have optimal health, diet must be addressed. Educating the client how to have a properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole food diet as well as incorporate the science of Mindfullness, are important pieces of the puzzle to optimal health and wellness. The goal, to help the individual experience the “Joy of Wellness.”
