Sarah Grant, DipNut, mBANT, mCNHC
Registered Nutritional Therapy & Behaviour Change Practitioner Gut ReactionBiography
Sarah Grant offers one-to-one nutritional therapy for adults seeking support with disordered eating, eating disorders and related health concerns.
This includes binge eating, restrictive patterns, emotional or stress eating, food preoccupation and the long-term fallout of dieting, alongside concerns such as digestive symptoms, fatigue, low mood and blood sugar imbalance.
Support is grounded in a holistic, compassion-led approach and focuses on restoring nourishment, reclaiming flexibility with food, and rebuilding trust in the body. Work is tailored and paced to the individual, recognising the impact of stress and life experiences on eating behaviours and health.
At the heart of Sarah’s work is a multi-dimensional model called the 7 Dynamics of a Healthy Relationship with Food and Your Body. Drawing on nutritional science and body wisdom, and partly inspired by her training in Food & Spirit, it offers a compassionate framework for understanding eating patterns and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
Based in Warwickshire, UK, Sarah is a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapy and Behaviour Change Practitioner with over twelve years’ experience. Her work integrates Nutritional Therapy with Intuitive Eating Counselling, Body Image Healing and coaching-informed approaches to support mind and body wellbeing and connection.
Sessions are available online for adults aged 18+. A no-obligation enquiry call is offered prior to working together.
In addition to one-to-one support, Sarah also facilitates Chakra Wellness Retreats and Self-Care Days, supporting women to reconnect with nourishment and embodied wellbeing.
